Visitor Visa
You need to provide proof that you have enough assets to take care of your expenses during your stay in Australia. Partner Visa
The Partner Visa for Australia is a visa that allows people to come and live in Australia with their Australian partner. The only requirement is that the relationship must be genuine, not just for immigration purposes.The regulations specify that if your relationship is not registered, you must have been in that relationship for at least 12 months. Unfortunately, if you live in the state of Western Australia, you will need to prove this by providing evidence from a doctor or psychologist who has assessed your mental health and concluded there.
Migration to Australia
The General Skilled Migration (GSM) program is an Australian work visa program for skilled migrants. If you want to work and live in Australia, you may be eligible for a visa through this program. This process will take approximately 6-8 months depending on your country of origin and the type of occupation that you have been offered.
Student Visa
To continue studying in Australia, you must apply for a new Student visa. If your Student visa will expire before your graduation you might be eligible for a Visitor visa (subclass 600). You will need a letter from your education provider with the date of your graduation.
